Cool scrapbooking thing

Now that my office is clean, I am discovering that I love spending time at my computer even more. I decided, after being inspired by a clean room and a magazine article, to try my hand at computer scrapbooking. I think my first attempt was successful.

I had a little more trouble coming up with layout ideas than I normally do (I think the physical photos in my hand inspire me), but I was able to "scrap-lift" this idea out of a magazine.

Next time I think I will play around with textures a little more. I also want to try scanning in some paper to use and I might try scanning my handwriting too. I'm interested to see how far I can take this. It will be fun. Maybe I could actually do some gift scrapbooks this way! ~:-)
