So it's already that time again. Funny how when I actually workout my evals are closer to each other... hehe. Well, the weigh-in was good. I am now 207.4 lbs and 44.3% body fat. That's 1.8418 lbs of fat gone. I'm a little dehydrated (I was bad at drinking water - or anything - this weekend) so that may be where the other weight has gone. I think it also explains my heartrate during my last two workouts. I barely did anything and it skyrocketed. I started chugging water yesterday and will continue today. Hopefully it will help.
So on to the measurements. I'm nervous about this.

Not too shabby. My calves are back to their original size. My hips shrank another inch (WOOHOO!). My waist is down a half and my chest is down 1. My net loss (from the original) is 3 inches. Wow! I never thought I would be one of those people who could count their weight loss in inches. It's wierd how with every achievement there is also a reality check about how big I was/am.
Good news. In Sunday School I announced the praise of having 10 lbs less of me and I asked for prayer to keep it up. The next day I talked to another chick in my class, Joy. Turns out she lost 35 lbs about a year ago. She offered to be support for me whenever I need it. That is great. I was worried about sharing at first, but now I'm really glad I did.
