Okay, so I didn't hit the wall, but I'm definitely felt a little discouraged or "bad". We had our church's deacon's banquet on Friday night. Of course the chicken meal that I had thought would be very healthy was breaded and covered in a hollandiase type sauce. At least I got a good salad and green beans with it. Then of course I ate all of the chocolate cake that was dessert. Boy was it good. Then yesterday was Connor's birthday. There was cake and ice cream and steak and potato... mmm. I guess I will see how it effected me at the next fitness challenge. I'm trying not to feel too bad about it. It's funny though. I actually can feel the difference from what I ate. Hmm...
