eval. I need to come up with a new way to title these.
Not a shabby eval. My weight went up to 208.8 lbs, but I'm cool with that. I was really dehydrated last time (and it's about that time... if you know what I mean). My BFP (body fat percentage) was 44% meaning I have about 91.872 lbs of fat on me. That is 0.0062 lbs less than the last measurement. Yay! I have maxed out on squats (50) and crunches (60). I can do 22 modified push-ups and can V-sit to fingers just at my heels. Hurray for progress!
